I'm training for my first sprint triathalon myself, and I'm using fastloop.com to keep my training "diary." It's really been helpful because I can log my workouts quickly and easily, and it creates a graph for me to see them visually day by day or week by week.

And kudos to you for raising money for charity while competing in these endurance sports events! Check out the firstgiving.com blog for fundraising tips: http://www.onlinefundraisingblog.com/category/marathon-fundraising-tips/.

I'm building a firstgiving.com page to raise money for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation as I triathalon. Best of luck to you!
